Book Scanning

Historic documents were bound for very practical purposes, to preserve the information contained within. For that reason alone shouldn’t we consider digitising them?

In order to preserve old bound books and delicate information, we have sophisticated face-up scanning systems in place. These allow you to open a book and scan it just as if you were reading it. The same service and care applies to a wide variety of bound documents where they are very old, precious or delicate.

Technical manuals, journals, academic works, financial ledgers, minutes books, council and parish records are all examples of documents that can now be digitised without damage and where a perfect image of the page is produced whether in black and white, grayscale or full colour.
