Tom joined as Sales Director in 1996 and has overall responsibility for the development of Informa as a leader in eDiscovery & Information Management in Ireland. 

His paramount objective is ensuring Informa have a comprehensive view of client’s needs, delivering and exceeding expectations and improving the overall customer experience. 

Tom is highly experienced and knowledgeable in the provision of information management and eDiscovery services. More recently Tom has headed up the eDiscovery wing of Informa which has proved hugely successful since its kick-off in 2012. Today Informa are recognised as one of the leading providers of eDiscovery and litigation support services.

Outside of work Tom is chairman of a local Hurling Club in his native Co Meath and is a keen racing fan with the winning of the ‘2012 Irish Grand National’ with ‘Lion Na Bearnai’ a major highlight.

Niall is one of the founding directors of Informa in 1993.  As Director of Operations, Niall has overall responsibility for the Scanning Bureau and the processes utilised to deliver customer projects.  Niall has overseen all of Informa’s major scanning contracts over the past 17 years and his expertise lies in his technical knowledge and creativity in delivering a best-in-class solution.  His focus on quality processes and service deliverables, together with his hands on approach ensures every project is delivered on-time and exceeding client’s expectations.  Niall was also responsible for the introduction of our DIMMS system and internal file tracking and reporting systems, which further adds to our commitment to quality and achieving the quality standards : ISO 9001:2008 QMS & ISO 27001:2005 Information Security.

Linda has being with Informa since 2011 and has over 15 years experience in the sales arena.  With over 12 years experience working for Eircom, one of the leading telecommunications companies in Ireland, she managed and delivered complex business solutions across various Industry sectors, including Finance, Retail, Insurance, Legal and Government departments.  Linda’s goal is to combine her account management and business development skills and continue to work with new and existing Informa clients in delivering bespoke services and solutions.   Her understanding of service delivery and customer focus ensures that all projects developed and delivered by Informa are of the highest standard and her customer’s needs are fulfilled.  Linda’s objective is to assist Informa in becoming the ‘preferred supplier’ for the delivery of Information Management services in Ireland.

Karen has worked with Informa since 2004 and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and expansion to date.  As part of her role, Karen has been responsible for the delivery of the key processes and procedures to ensure we achieved our ISO certification on the quality standards: ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005 Information Management.  Her commitment to driving the processes throughout the individual departments and her attention to detail is crucial in meeting the exacting standards as laid out by Certification Europe, the only Audit organization certified to award 27001: 2008, Information Management.   Karen works with all departments within Informa and has been instrumental in ensuring  everyone at Informa understands that the quality process starts with the initial contact with a client, right through to project sign-off and delivery.

Keith joined Informa as IT manager in 2015. With over 10 years experience in the IT industry he has gained a wide variety of IT skills such as web development, database administration, servers and network support, which he will utilise to evolve Informa’s IT strategy.

Keith will be overseeing development of new web applications so that Informa can deliver an improved customer experience. He previously spent 8 years working in the insurance industry and will carry the high standards of that highly regulated market into Informa.

Outside of work Keith enjoys watching and attending rugby matches, a rare round of golf, as well as keeping the kids entertained.

 Jackie joined Informa in 2004 as a Scanning Operator, and having worked her way through the company over the years, is now our Bureau Services Manager. Jackie has garnered a wealth of experience working closely with our Operations Director Niall Brunnock, overseeing all the major capture projects carried out in recent years. The delivery of a quality product to our clients is key to  our continued growth and Jackie plays a big part in the consistent delivery of a quality service.
