Legacy Data Clean-Up

By law, not every document needs to be maintained or saved for business purposes.

Enterprises are increasingly cleaning up their legacy data in an effort to cut data storage costs, move data to cloud-based applications and make better use of the remaining data to create business value.

When useless, unwanted or obsolete materials have been removed, the classifying and tagging of documents that are of value and need to be shared with the rest of the organisation can begin. If important information is buried, the value is lost.
