Karen McCartney Drummond is a dedicated and dynamic member of the Informa team, serving as our Senior Business and Systems Manager for many years. Known for her hardworking and energetic approach, Karen embodies a forward-thinking mindset that drives innovation and efficiency across the organisation.

Karen played a pivotal role in obtaining our ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 accreditations in 2011. Since then, she has not only worked to retain these important certifications but has also enhanced our systems to ensure compliance and excellence. Her attention to detail and commitment to best practices have significantly strengthened our operational framework.

In addition to her systems management responsibilities, Karen is instrumental in streamlining our finance function. She helps to optimise processes within this busy area, enabling the finance team to work more efficiently and effectively. Her ability to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions demonstrates her commitment to continuous improvement.
