Covid-19 Business Service Continuity

In these uncertain times I hope that this web post finds you, your staff and extended families healthy and happy. We are as most businesses in our sector at present, committed to delivery of our services during this crisis to ensure continuity of business streams.

We will continue to follow the advice of the Irish government, the Irish Health Service executive (HSE) and the ECDC. If any changes are required and it affects our service to you, we'll advise you immediately.

Our Covid-19 prevention and business continuity team has been operation since the first week in March. We have implemented the following procedures and actions since.
A lot of our services surrounding eDiscovery, Subject access requests, GDPR Services, backend post-capture editing, indexing and coding processes are been completed and serviced remotely by our team.

The physical capture process must still be carried out on-site in our offices. This is a part of our ISO 27001 digital security systems.  Our bureau office will continue to operate as normal.

We have implemented Covid-19 Health and Safety procedures to ensure that our staff and customers are as protected as possible during these times. Further details of these procedures are available by our customers upon request.

These are testing times for individuals and families, companies, and organisations. We all need to focus on supporting those in need and help decrease the spread of the virus. At the same time, we need to show resilience and try to get on with our lives and jobs as best we can.

Warm regards and stay safe.
The Informa Team
